1. Returns

1.1. We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
1.2. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
1.3. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the items. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

2.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2.2. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

3. Exchanges

3.1. If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or offer store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

4.1. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products or products not in their original condition.
